First Nations Entrepreneurs
Visual Storytelling Project

Hi,

Niina Marni

I’m Marcella Meneguello, a specialist in Photovoice and Visual Storytelling. I’m excited to share insights about the inspiring Social Enterprise Hub project at Torrens University. In my role as the expert consultant, I collaborate with a dedicated team of consultants and students to make a positive impact through our work. Together, we aim to enhance community engagement and drive meaningful change.

This project is all about First Nations Entrepreneurs, and our aim is to delve into the entrepreneurial experiences to share your unique stories. We hope to inspire more First Nation individuals to explore this exciting and challenging pathway. We’ll be using an innovative technique called Photovoice, which allows everyone to have their own moment to share personal opinions and experiences. Through this method, we’ll capture photos and personal narratives that spotlight each First Nations entrepreneur’s journey’s challenges, successes, and social impacts. We’ll hold three online meetings (or yarns) and you’ll need to have some time to take pictures with your own mobile device.

The most exciting part will be a public exhibition of your Visual story at the TUA Wakefield Campus, during NAIDOC week (6 – 13 July 2025). Check for more information in the video below, and if you are keen to participate, please If you’re eager to participate, please send information about yourself and your business using this link to the FORM
